To run the program, you must install the NET FrameWork 4.0 The program is launched through a file ctwrt.exe located in the Release folder. For correct work of program you must have files In_Data.txt, TableRefract.txt and Instruct.txt (optional). File description: 1) In_Data.txt - contains reflectometry input data (for 2 wavelengths: CuKa and CuKb). 2) In_Struct.txt - contains the parameters of researched structures, such as layer thickness, roughness of the top and bottom interfaces, the density of layer, the coefficients of delta and beta for 2 wavelength (CuKa and CuKb). Important: each parameter is entered in 2 values (minimum and maximum), all parameters are written in one line, separated by a tab, a parameters of new layer start with a new line. 3) Out_Data.txt - contains the processed output data reflectometry. 4) Out_Struct.txt - contains the output (result of processing) parameters of researched structure. 5) TableRefract.txt - contains the parameters for calculation of refractometric parameters of density and of coefficient of Delta, such as the layer name, the standard density value and the Delta for 2 wavelength (CuKa and CuKb). Each new layer is written in the next line. Important: at the end of each file there should be an empty line for the correct work of program! Interface language - English
