cTable dynamic

cTable classes allows creating html table and populating cells, cell headers and their attributes in an easy way. It supports header hyperlinks to create column sorting features. It also makes possible to have html attributes dynamic (i.e. depending on dataset values). cTable is a package of 5 classes.
