CSVQuickViewer is a Windows application for viewing and analyzing delimited text files.
It supports CSV, tab-delimited, pipe-delimited, and other custom formats, automatically detecting delimiters, encoding, quoting, and escaping. The application handles malformed or inconsistent files, skips headers and comments, and highlights problematic data.
Users can switch between typed and text values, realign columns automatically, filter, sort, hide, and reorder columns, and copy data to Excel or Word with value types preserved. Compressed files in ZIP and GZip formats can be opened directly.
CSVQuickViewer runs without administrative rights, provides column insights, and allows exporting filtered data, offering a fast, reliable, and local solution for inspecting structured text data.

Not working for me. My bank's (all of them) CSV files are coming up with an error: "Index was outside the bounds of the array." I have no issues with other CSV readers. Also, this reader/viewer is quite slow.Reply from CSV Quick ViewerPosted 2023-02-05
I could not reproduce the issue with the data you have provided in the created Ticket. I did however give some information how to improve performance by disabling the inspection routines that try to determine what kind of file, is provided. If your files always are formatted the same way there is no need to try and figure out what the delimiter or code pages are. -
Very much needed program in the open source community. Unfortunately it is flagged as Virus (latest flew versions) and exe is deleted from my system. FastColoredTextBox.dll is one of the files being flagged on virustotal.comReply from CSV Quick ViewerEdited 2022-12-05
I am aware of the issue but there is not much I can do. I looked at the source and there is nothing suspicious I can see. FastColoredTextBox.dll was not rebuilt for quite some time maybe it was indeed infected at some point on my hardware. In the new release 1th Dec 2022 I have redistributed an updated dll. Update: 4.12 I have checked the all compiled versions of Msi and Zip. Since the .Net6 and .Net481 do still report an issue I have excluded them now. I think the Flag it's a false positive as the same component is part of .Net472 and .NET 7 distributions... anyway please give it a try. -
