CryptoHelper is a Java program designed to aid in the decryption of classical ciphers, ie pre WWII ciphers. It brings together tools like frequency analysis, friedman tests, enciphering/deciphering for several clasical ciphers, and brute force algorithm

Project Samples

The first tab of the program performs a frequency count. viginere brute force, works up to about keyword size 5/6 ngraphs screen counts ngraphs and gives their position. poly/mono calculator splits alphabets and does friedman test in the column transposition worksheet, you can drag columns search possible affine encodings based on supplied text
