* crosser-<VERSION>.tar.xz contains crosser scripts themselves. One runs these on
  Linux host to create Windows dlls.
* win64stack-<VERSION>.7z and win64stack-full-<VERSION>.7z
  contain Windows dlls created by the above script. 'full' variant contain all the dlls
  supported by crosser, packages without word 'full' in their name contain smaller set of dlls.
  Currently actual difference between the two is that 'full' contains Qt, which makes download
  many times larger, and gtk4 development version.
  These require at least Windows 7.
