Installation

For Windows, Linux and Mac users:

1. If you don´t already have it, install R: https://cran.rstudio.com/. R > 3.6 is required.
2. Install Rstudio: https://rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/#download
3. Download Covidex.rar. Unrar it. Inside the covidex folder open the app.R file using Rstudio.
4. Use install packages from Rstudio to install all the necessary packages (this could take several minutes depending on your system and installation. Only the first time it runs).
5. Press run app button.
6. Thats it! You are ready to classify your data.

However, you are welcome to distribute, modify and use the programs under the terms of the GNU General Public License (as stated here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt), as long as you attribute proper acknowledgement to the authors as mentioned above. Also, you should have received a copy of the License with the macros.
