Counter Catch

Windows application used to collect and export Performance Counter statistics from multiple counters and hosts.

You can select performance counters to monitor and choose the export method. Counter Catch can be used to monitor performance counter data from different counters, instances and hosts. Exported that can be aggregated and any custom analysis can be performed.

Writing custom observers requires just a few lines of code, so you can export data on different format or perform real time calculation.
