1. Yes, someone put a lot of work in to this project. 2. I can not believe anyone could have left SO many errors in the code, or left so many things not working correctly! It does have several bells and whistles, but if you are an experienced coder, you can expect to spend at least a week or more getting this code to a point where you would trust to use it publicly! When you run just the main index page, and it generates over 100 errors (check your logs), well damn. They do offer a paid version, but after spending a few hours working on this code, I would never trust paying for any version. Not that their page gives you ANY idea of what version it is, or the price(just a link to paypal). I will have to think long and hard before I decide if this version is worth the time to get usable/trustworthy, or if its faster to start from scratch. 3. Their website looks like it was never completed. You may find 1 or 2 demos that have content, and none I saw looked anywhere near completion. The copyright of 2014 on every page might give some indication.
