Package that contains the CORE-clustering algorithm, which goal is to 
detect variables with a similar behaviour.

-> Two versions of the code exist. The first one (recommended) is in 
   pure C++ and the second one is the C++ code wrapped with R, so it can
   be executed as a Rscript. Please follow the instructions in the 
   README file of either the C++ or the R version to use the 
   CORE-clustering algorithm. Note that example files are given in both 
   cases.
