Initial release — cookie consent validator CLI + library.

Standalone Puppeteer-based tool that clicks "Reject All" on cookie banners and verifies tracking actually stops. Supports 11 CMPs (Cookiebot, OneTrust, Complianz, CookieYes, Iubenda, Didomi, Quantcast, Osano, Borlabs, TrustArc, CookieFirst) plus generic detection in 13 languages.
