Cookie Consent Validator is an open source CLI that audits whether a website's cookie banner is actually GDPR-compliant. It loads a page, clicks "Reject All," waits, then re-inspects cookies and network requests to detect tracking that persists after rejection. It detects the CMP in use, lists violating cookies and tracker requests, and outputs JSON, text, or table formats for CI/CD pipelines. Built for EU businesses and their developers under GDPR and the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet.
