comm_svr

comm_svr is a communication software. It's now support Modbus RTU on serial and TCP(Master and Slave all supported).
comm_svr use Qt4.8.5 and POCO C++ 1.4.6.
Now, the release is on Win32 and Raspberry Pi(Debian).
