Introduction

Comic Utility Belt is a handy utility that lets you extract pages from comic files (*.CBZ, *.CBR and *.PDF)

Use it to extract files to use for screen savers or desktop background

* Extract all pages or just the cover page
* The output image size can be changed to any size
  to let you create thumbnails, full size images, or any size you like
* Supported file type : CBR, CBZ, PDF
* Recreate the same directory structure or flattent to a single directory
* Command line support

Tips for Desktop Backgrounds and Screen Savers
=====================================
1)  MS-Windows and Apple OSX will only show desktop and screen saver images from a single directory.
    When exporting comic covers, use the checkbox option to save the image files to a single directory
    rather than recreating the original directory structure.
2)  Set the background and screen saver to change the image every few minutes

Requirements

=================
Operating System
* Microsoft Windows 7
* Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP should work but have not been tested. Let me know if any issues

Installation
=================
No need to install, just run the ComicUtilityBelt_<version>.exe program

Uninstall
=================

1)  Run UNINSTALL.BAT
	This will remove the following temporary directory used by the program

		%TEMP%\ComicCover

	The actual name of the directory will vary depending on the version of Windows
	On Windows 7 this will be ..
		C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp\ComicCover

2)  Delete all other files in this directory

NOTE : This program does not create any registry entries


Instructions
=================
1) Run the program
2) Select the directory that contains your comic files
3) Press the REFRESH button to load the file names
4) Press EXPORT button to export the covers
