CoGeSis (that means reverted "Sistema per la Gestione dei Contenuti", italian for Content Management System) is a low-level free CMS written in PHP. For low-level we mean that the project wants to be the most generic possible, allowing everyone to use it only as a API that makes more simple create web-site, or as a real CMS, equipped with all the functions that a "normal" user need (editor WYSIWYG, user managemente, etc.etc.)
