This is gaps-jags (Gene Association in Pattern Sets) implemented in JAGS 
(Just Another Gibbs Sampler) version 2.1.0. GAPS uses the MCMC framework of 
JAGS to decompose matrices of microarray measurements into genes with common 
underlying patterns in their expression. 

CoGAPS is best run through the interface provided as an R Bioconductor package.  Users manuals with installation instructions and descriptions of the software are available with this distribution and in the Bioconductor package.
