CmdSayIt is a simple command line tool for text to speech.
It is an offshoot of my MouseFlash study games, where it is used for voicing study flashcards.

It is designed for use in batch files, to announce events such as task completion etc, it can also be used to create wave files

It uses a simple one line script, with each command separated by a ` symbol

please see the sample batch files in the folder:
cmdSayIt_Cs\bin\Release


It has been tested in Windows XP/7/8/10

Use or modify it as you wish.
