This repository is meant for the open-source development of Climsoft climate data management system (CDMS) version 4.Contributors are welcome from the meteorological community especially in developing. Interested contributors from National Meteorological and Hydrological Services from developed countries are also welcome. The repository was initially set up by Albert Mhanda, one of the lead developers of Climsoft.For any initial questions or suggestions he can be contacted by email on a_s_mhanda@yahoo.com or albertmhanda@gmail.com or a.s.mhanda@bcs.org.uk. The initial set of files on the repository is for testing purposes and to trigger suggestions for the design of the data model for Climsoft V4. Happy CDMS development !
