• Appearance controls let ClearDisk follow the system theme or use Light or Dark across the menu-bar popover, navigation panel, and Disk Space window.
• Project discovery now includes the common ~/Development and ~/dev roots.
• The global NuGet package cache (~/.nuget/packages) is available as a reviewed, rebuildable .NET cache.

• First launch now asks for Full Disk Access through one focused onboarding flow instead of triggering separate Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Photos, Media, and app-data prompts.
• Notifications are requested only when the user enables disk alerts, and Launch at Login defaults to off for new installations.
• Protected recursive scans remain blocked until Full Disk Access is confirmed, while the menu-bar free-space indicator continues to use a lightweight capacity check.

Fixed

• After Full Disk Access is granted, the onboarding screen remains visible until the initial analysis has actually completed instead of revealing empty cache and disk views.
• Initial analysis now reports its current phase and progress while storage categories, caches, large files, project artifacts, and Trash are inspected.
