Fix
- Windows path consistency: Use forward slashes for
relative_pathon all platforms
Previously, find_claude_files() returned OS-native path separators, causing inconsistent paths on Windows (e.g., ./src\CLAUDE.md instead of ./src/CLAUDE.md).
