Chatterbot

Nos últimos anos vem crescendo a oferta de softwares que simulam a interação pessoa a pessoa. Estes softwares são conhecidos como Assistentes Virtuais e tem ganhado novo impulso nas plataformas móveis. Este trabalho explora a evolução dos chatterbots desde o início da IA e propõe uma solução integrando a linguagem AIML com banco de dados corporativos. Os resultados mostram uma maneira simples de construir assistentes virtuais com integração a sistemas corporativos, o que em última análise pode alavancar os estudos na área e sua aplicabilidade.
