ChatGPT for Google is a browser extension that displays ChatGPT responses alongside conventional search engine results. It was designed to combine AI-generated answers with normal web search without requiring users to switch between separate interfaces. The extension supports Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Baidu, Brave, Yahoo, Naver, Yandex, Kagi, Searx, and other search services listed by the project. It can work with the official OpenAI API as well as supported ChatGPT access. Responses include Markdown rendering and highlighted code for improved readability. Users can configure triggering behavior, switch languages, copy responses, and use a dark interface. The original repository has been deprecated and is no longer updated following the project's acquisition.
