Why this program? in Windows already has the tools to change the IP. When it is translated with the system to set the language, and this program is not.

Cannot install software on Windows 7. I tried to change folder but still doesn't work. Always says the same thing: "Unable to save C:\Windows\Downloaded\..."

Very simple and straightforward. If you want to textually change/copy/paste the information, just find the text file from which the app grabs its info and modify it.
