Cerberus is a Garry's Mod gamemode that immerses you in a realistic simulation of a post-apocalyptic world. This gamemode will literally pull you into the third dimension of video games.

  • Realistic human functioning - blood loss, radiation sickness, diseases, and more
  • Tuned damage system - You will rarely die instantaneously.
  • Material system - Matter can neither be created, nor destroyed (new items are introduced by the trader and some npcs).
