This is an open source project to estimate cell cycle and other parameters based upon experimental time course data.

Navigate to Files-->CellPD-->[version]-->[Operating System]

Each download contains CellPD's source code, a Python virtual environment, and a tutorial on how to use CellPD.

Tutorial TL;DR: Save your data (using the provided template) in the same folder as CellPD, then double click on runCellPD.
