Security
- A paired tablet or phone can read Caprock and no longer control it. The device token was the only check, so a paired device could start a command, type into a session, pause or kill it, change settings and the licence, create and approve tasks, start the orchestrator and turn the task runner on — everything the dashboard on the machine can do, although ADR-029 says a tablet is somewhere to read figures, not a second control room. A paired device may now make only a named list of reads; anything else is refused with 403, including the terminal socket and the folder listings, and a route added later is closed to it until it is named. It no longer receives the licence key with the settings. The tablet's dashboard stops drawing the controls it cannot use. Nothing changes on the machine itself.
Added
- Codex's plan limits on the Cost screen. The 5-hour and weekly windows
Codex writes into its session transcripts now sit in the Plan limits panel
under a Codex heading, beside Claude Code's, with the time Codex wrote them.
Only the windows your plan has appear — some ChatGPT plans have no 5-hour
window — and they are shown as measured, never forecast.
/v1/stats/summarycarries them ascodex_rate_limits.
Fixed
- Codex sessions outside
~/.codex/sessionsare imported. Caprock now reads$CODEX_HOMEwhen it is set, andarchived_sessions/as well assessions/, so archived threads and a relocated Codex home are no longer missing from the totals. A thread archived after it was imported is not counted twice. - The Cost screen no longer says "At Anthropic list prices" above a model
table holding GPT rows; it says "At API list prices".
caprock reportnames every vendor whose prices make up its total ("Anthropic and OpenAI list prices") and stops calling a mixed total "Claude Code". caprock statusline installno longer sends you in a circle. With a status line of your own already set, it said "runcaprock statusline install" — the command you had just run. It now names the settings file and the exactstatusLine.commandvalue to set, and still changes nothing.
