Fixed
- A session started from Caprock right after the daemon starts gets your
login shell's environment instead of the daemon's bare one. Reading it was
cut off after 5 seconds, and at start — while every importer does its first
pass — it could take longer; the failure left nothing to fall back on but
launchd's
PATH, sogcloudwent missing again (FB-033). The limit is now 30 seconds, a failed first read retries on its own, and a session started meanwhile waits up to 15 seconds for it.
Added
caprock statussays which environment sessions start with — your login shell's, still being read, or the daemon's with the reason — so a session that cannot find a tool a terminal can find is one line to diagnose.
