Fixed
- A Codex transcript with one unexpected field was skipped entirely. The session record was read all-or-nothing, so a single field of a type we did not expect discarded the session id — and with it every turn in that transcript. Each field is now read on its own: an unfamiliar shape costs that field, never the session. Codex is someone else's format and free to change between releases, so this is the difference between missing a detail and missing a day's work.
