Fixed
- The token column beside each model counted re-reading, not work. "claude-opus-5 · 12.61B tokens" is arithmetically true and reads as how much went through that model. On a normal workload 98.6% of it is cache read — the same context fetched again, at a tenth of the price — against 14.6M of output. The column measured how many times one conversation was re-read.
It is output now: the model's own work, all of it at the top rate, and comparable between models. Beside it, $/turn — the only figure in the panel that compares models rather than measuring them. A Fable turn costs twenty times a DeepSeek one, and no screen said so.
Cache-read share was the other candidate and is useless: 99% for every model, so it distinguishes nothing. The cost column was already right — priced per token type, cache reads at their real rate — and is untouched.
