CamStudio records screen and audio activity on your computer to create AVI video files and turns them into bandwidth-friendly, streaming Flash videos (SWF). CamStudio also lets you add screen captions or video annotations to your recordings through anti-aliased images, or by producing a Webcam movie of yourself (screen in screen) on your desktop. And CamStudio comes with its own lossless codec that produces crystal clear results with a much smaller filesize compared some popular codecs, like Microsoft Video 1. Additional options include cursor controls, the ability to record an entire screen or a portion of it, and selections for output quality. App Basura. Este programa esta limitado a Funcionar solo con AVI y Flash. Pero incluso en ello falla. Es imposible grabar el Audio de PC [arroja fallo en la aplicacion]. No graba correctamente, Se salta demasiados cuadros y no es facilmente configurable. - Aun en un Equipo con Windows 10 x64 Bit 8gb Ram la aplicacion es inestable y consume demasiados recursos. 50 Segundos de "Video" tamaño 1920x1080 Pesaron 1 GB y el Index AVI esta dañado, tuve que reconstruirlo con VLC. - Si este programa funcionara El que su aspecto se haya quedado en Windows 98 Estaria ok. Pero no es asi. -Solo la Version de Soruce Forge esta "Limpia" (al 28 de Julio de 2020). Versiones anteriores y pagina Oficial Esta infectado con Virus Troyanos y Adwares.

Why would a recording software have its default setting to not record the audio??!?!?!?!?? This has got to be one of the worst software design decisions I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I downloaded this software to record a family member's singing stream and it was not until I went to watch it later that I discovered it did not record the audio. This is a moment I will never be able to recover. Just because you give something away for free does not make it acceptable to make a crappy product. P.S. SourceForge, why do you not warn your users that this recording software has a no audio default setting?

Good, worked as expected. One issue: IT COMPLETELY RUINED MY VOLUME. Before using this, my volume was amazing. I couldn't even have it at full volume or it would blow my headphones out. After using this, I turn the volume all the way up and I can barely hear anything. I uninstalled the program, and guess what? MY VOLUME WAS STILL BROKEN. I HAD NO ISSUES UNTIL I USED THIS JUNK. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AT ALL. EVER!!!!!
