XSLT tools for use with CAMV

namespace-fixer - this tool strips off default namespace and optionally xsi:schemaLocation declarations.  Use this on XML instance document prior to running CAMV if it has a default namespace declaration.

cam-tag-switcher - this tool replaces one set of XML element and attribute tag names with another. So can replace English tag names with Spanish, etc.
