Datasets descriptions

1. simulatedData.zip
    It contains 4 simulated data (D1 to D4) used in the   
    manuscript.

2. hg19.fa.zip
    Fasta file of human reference genome 19

3. InputForSimulation.zip
    It contains closed chromatin regions (CCRs) and 
    open chromatin regions (OCRs) identified from         
    MNase-seq, which was also the input for the 
    simulation model.
