Description:
The current build of BVB is a Win32 Console Application that takes no arguments, but is menu driven.
It has two functions. The first is to make a backup file of the headers of either exes, dlls, or both.
The other function is to check the states of these files on the disk against those that have been backed up.
The practical upshot of all this is that if you make a backup of your headers at some time, and then 
check the backups at a later time, and the files have been infected with a virus between these two times,
the program will detect this and report it to a log file. This doesn't sound very useful but thats 
because it is just part of a greater mechanism for virus detection that hasn't been implemented yet.
This release is developer oriented, but any end-users who wish to test the program for bugs are more than welcome.
