README -- BU2S versions prior to 3.2.x, and BU2S with Inversions
January 4, 2013 (updated September 16, 2016)
PLEASE NOTE: Current versions of "BU2S" are NOT archived here. For the most current version, please see the GitHub site for this project: https://github.com/flaxmans/bu2s .
Versions of BU2S code archived here (i.e., at SourceForge.net) are records of those used to generate data sets in three publications:
For a description of what BU2S is and what it does, please consult the publications above (see https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Samuel_Flaxman/publications for downloads of PDFs).
Data sets produced by the code for the first two publications above are available at DataDryad.org ( http://dx.doi.org/10.5061/dryad.kc596, http://dx.doi.org/10.5061/dryad.t894r )
