Extraction of data from the old database and import into Brimbox was seamless. Data entry is efficient and the variety of search and look up functions are easy to use. The tiered accessibility for users allows our various chapters around the world to easily access the information they need while sensitive information is available only to management, which is one of the major benefits for our group. Training and on-going support has been thorough and the response time quick. If you are used to one of the turnkey membership databases, the look and navigation will be a slight learning curve, but the flexibility of this data base is well worth it.
