MaxIDE has very poor features. Furthermore it is buggy on linux. I recommend indevIDE for BlitzMax programming. It has more features is free and runs smoothly on windows and linux.

Great ide for BlitzMax dev work. Doesnt have all the bells and whistles, but its simple and and to the point.
