    When I am taking the nucleotide sequence from NCBI of a particular organism to create the nucleotide database , i didn't get any error but when I was creating the protein database for that same particular organism, i got the error as " Some databases could not be created. Please check again your input file format." I request you to help me out in removing this error Regards: Sanjay Mehta M-tech (Biotech)
