Bivariate Surface Splines are used to create a function z=f(x,y) which interpolates given data
z_i = f(x_i,y_i) for i=1,2,...,n. The m-files in this project can be used in Octave (a GNU project) to create and evaluate bivariate surface splines. A method for reducing boundary effects is also implemented.
