Cytoscape2 (old) plugins

This directory contains BioPAX related plugins for Cytoscape 2.8.x to replace corresponding built-ins.

Cytoscape v3 does not require these: it comes with an updated BioPAX reader pre-installed, and optional CyPath2 (CyPathwayCommons) app available to download from http://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/cypath2 or via Cytoscape App Manager.
