Besgnulinux is for both new and weak machines and end users (newbies).
Besgnulinux tries to be fast, lightweight, easy to use and stable.
It is designed to meet every need with window manager sessions like JWM, Openbox.
Instead of background elements, the system is under user control.
It does the same things that high-resource desktops like KDE and Gnome do. But it does the job with very little resources.
Besgnulinux's goal is to revive old-weak computers and contribute to the economy.

A great piece of software engineering. I run Besgnulinux on my ex-chromebook (Asus C433T). I have three difficult old Windows apps I still need. They no longer run even on Windows! The Oxford English Dictionary goes back to the Windows 95 era. That runs perfectly inside Flatpak/Bottles. I have 'The New Interpreter's Bible' a 32 bit commentary series. That runs in winehq stable. I have 'Word' Logos software (still selling in excess of 1000 dollars). I got it in cdrom installments. I run that in a version of 'Windows 7', inside a docker container. All of these run efficiently in the JWM desktop, with desktop launchers. Audio is notoriously difficult on ex-Chromebooks, but my Asus speakers and phone socket work perfectly (with an added firmware install). I have two dynamic Lua driven 'Conkies'. They look great on the already attractive desktop. The number of 'gui' system tweaks that really work is remarkable. As I said, a great piece of work, and a credit to your software engineering skills.

After installation, on multiple occasions, I boot on raw JWM to unpack, the scripts and all the fuss disappeared. non-functional distribution as is!!!!!

Which files and scripts caused the problem when you opened them? Could you provide some details? If you're referring to JWM system files, tampering with those files is extremely risky.

Hi i have both 32bit and 64bit run side bye side on my old HP Desktop at least 15yrs old and both run smooth i use both systems for different things very light systems for ram usage so if you do not a power Hogger Try BesGnu.

saludos y bendiciones, excelente distro practica, fluida, buena presentacion, solo les pido la version 32bits puesto que si es orientada a ser rapida y ligera sirve para 32bits
