new in version 1.3:

- added: fit of super-Gaussian functions
- added: saving of 2d view picture together with raw profile data and analysis results
- added: separator character for writing results can be selected from menu
- changed: same number format for all output files


Installation:

- Copy Beam_Profiler.jar to the plugins directory of your ImageJ,
  e.g. to ImageJ/plugins/OpenBeamProfiler/
- Put Apache Commons Math library (3.2 or newer) commons-math3-xxx.jar
  into the plugins directory of your ImageJ installation.
