new in version 1.2:

- added: image rotation and flipping for easier handling of the camera
- added: the center position can be weighted by squared intensity (COM2 mode)
- changed: the result log file is flushed more often
- changed: the marker is scaled up at lower zoom levels for better visibility
- changed: definition of overlap is now the scalar product of square int. functions


Installation:

- Copy Beam_Profiler.jar to the plugins directory of your ImageJ,
  e.g. to ImageJ/plugins/OpenBeamProfiler/
- Put Apache Commons Math library (3.2 or newer) commons-math3-xxx.jar
  into the plugins directory of your ImageJ installation.
