H264 to AVI and H264 to MP4 conversion tool for BC platform CCTV.

This app can split h264 files to video and audio then uses ffmpeg to create mp4 or avi. Or it can use BCNetSDK.dll from official clients for h264 to mp4 or avi.

-Works best if you download ffmpeg:
https://github.com/BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds/releases
And place ffmpeg.exe in root folder of bcconvert

-Download raw h264 files with official "SmartClient" app, I recommend SwannView Link 2.1.2.27 or eSSL SmartClient 1.1.2.27 or VisionNet SmartClient 1.1.2.28

- OPTIONAL Copy BCNetSDK dll's from SmartClient to BCConvert's BCNetSDK folder. Newest BCNetSDK.dll's can be found in Swannview Link 2.1.2.43 or Reolink firmware.
