Battempa is a free, open-source Android application that monitors battery temperature in real time. It displays current temperature readings on the main screen, in a persistent notification, and through the status bar. Users can configure temperature alarms to receive warnings when the battery reaches concerning levels. The application also records temperature measurements in CSV files for later analysis. Automatic startup allows monitoring to resume when the device boots. Its lightweight design minimizes memory consumption and supports older Android devices. A dedicated exit control completely stops the application and releases its resources. Compatible with Android 8 and newer, Battempa helps users observe battery heating during charging, gaming, and other demanding activities.
