This folder is set up to work as a NetBeans project. The only changes you might need to make are in the build.xml file. These are simple changes that are in two lines near the top of the build.xml file:

<property name="projectDir" value="C:\nbProjects\BatchInsertLicense\" /> <<== Change this to the full path of the folder containing this HOW TO file.
After that, you should be able to open the project in NetBeans.
