0. Must have the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed on your computer. Get it at https://www.java.com/. 1. Extract the folder from the zip file. 2. Put the extracted folder in a convenient place on your hard drive. For example, in Windows, suggest installing in C:\Users\Public. 3. The BatchInsertLicense.jar file must remain in the extracted folder; do not move it. Instead, create a shortcut to the BatchInsertLicense.jar file and put it on your desktop (or other preferred place) for easy access. 4.
