Axon Framework

This release of Axon Framework introduced a minor breaking changes as per [#4609]. For those using the @InjectEntity annotation parameter, expect the EntityNotFoundException to be thrown for creational command handlers. To resolve this, mark the @InjectEntity as nullable, either through an annotation, by making the type Optional, or when using Kotlin through State?.
