El programa Ausangate tiene varias funciones de interpretación de datos magnetotelúricos. Interpreta los datos ingresados en formato *.edi con la rutina de Bostick, la cual ofrece un modelo de estratos en conductividad eléctrica. Este modelo puede refinarse por inversión con la rutina de Gradiente. También la rutina de modelamiento directo, para esta requiere un archivo con un modelo georestivo teorico. Finalemente, puede imprimir los resultados en format eps.
