AtomProbeLab

A collection of scripts and functions for the analysis of atom probe tomography data. Currently, this includes: standard file operations, plotting mass spectra, mass spectra analysis and mass peak overlap solving.

Overlap graph created using AtomProbeLab. Nodes are ions, links show which ions have peak overlaps. The number on each line shows which positions are overlapped and the line thickness shows how difficult the problem is to solve (thicker = higher uncertainty)
