as3swf is a low-level ActionScript 3 library for parsing, creating, modifying, and emitting SWF files. It gives programmatic access to SWF structure (tags, binary content, shapes, actions, etc.), and allows developers to read SWF files, manipulate them in code (e.g. change shapes, embed assets, alter frame data), and write them back out.
