1.4.1-mobile: sahko tuntibucketointi + uutiswidget-korjaukset

Sahko-Vertailu:

Kuukausi-/vuosikeskiarvo bucketoidaan nyt tunneittain (kunkin tunnin varttien ka -> tuntien painottamaton ka). Korjaa virheen jossa Nord Poolin varttihinnat (1.10.2025 alkaen) painottivat loppuvuoden tunteja 4x. 2025 veroton 4,21 -> 4,05 snt/kWh (= virallinen painottamaton tuntikeskiarvo).
Cache-avain v2; vanha varttipainotettu valimuisti hylataan.

Uutiset:

Per-lahde-uutiswidgetin otsikko avaa nyt syotteen oman sivun (50 uusinta), toimii automaattisesti myos kayttajan omille RSS-syotteille.
Paivitysnappi hakee per-lahde-widgetit myos kun yhdistetty Uutiset-widget on pois paalta (refreshNewsAsync-guard huomioi nyt per-lahde-widgetit).
Back-to-top: haptinen napautus + animoitu liuku ylos (ei enaa hyppaysta).
